This Luxor tour from Cairo by sleeper train turns two nights on board into a full day in Luxor without paying for a hotel. We take you from your hotel in Cairo or Giza to the station for the evening sleeper train. You travel in a standard double cabin, and dinner and breakfast are served on board. In the morning your English-speaking guide meets you at Luxor station. The day covers Karnak, the Valley of the Kings with three royal tombs, the Temple of Hatshepsut and the Colossi of Memnon, with lunch along the way. In the evening you board the sleeper train back and arrive in Cairo the next morning, where we take you back to your hotel. The cabins, meals on board, all transfers, your guide, lunch, water and the listed entry fees are included. Luxor Temple and Tutankhamun's tomb are not part of this programme. Price per person: $450 for 2 guests, $470 for 3, $420 for 4, $430 for 5, $400 for 6, $415 for 7 and $385 for 8. Solo travellers and groups of nine or more on request. Night 1: Sleeper Train to Luxor
