This 3-day Cairo tour from Hurghada gives you time for more than the Pyramids. On day one you drive from your hotel in the Hurghada area to Giza and visit the Pyramids, the Sphinx and the Grand Egyptian Museum with your English-speaking guide. Day two goes south of Cairo to Saqqara, where the Step Pyramid of Djoser is one of the oldest large stone buildings in the world, and to Memphis, the first capital, with its colossal statue of Ramses II. On day three you see the Citadel of Saladin and the Mohamed Ali Mosque, then Old Cairo with its Coptic churches, before the drive back to the Red Sea. You stay two nights in a 3-star hotel with breakfast, and lunch is included every day, as are the listed entry fees and all transfers with road permits.
